Refund

You have a 7-day window from the date of receiving your package to request an exchange. We provide only replacements under certain circumstances and do not facilitate refunds or cancellation.

It's important to note that the exchanged item must meet the same conditions specified for returns. This ensures that the item is in an unworn state with the tag intact. 

If you encounter any issues with the quality of the t-shirt, please reach out to our customer support team at support@blythbrand.com within the 7-day period. Provide them with your order details and include photos of the product defects. The authority to decline replacements for any merchandise rests solely with us. 

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, our team will offer alternative options to meet your preferences. All shipping costs associated with the exchange will be covered by Blyth.

For request on refund, once we receive the message from customers the support team will process the refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account. with 5-7 working days.
